Transcription turnaround is typically 24 hours; "stat" jobs are attended to immediately and are typically faxed directly to the recipient.
Confidentiality and Security: Our transcriptionists are required to sign legally binding confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
Quality Control / Accuracy
 Our proprietary database technology tracks the entire process in detail. A detailed report derived from this system accompanies each invoice. The data is also available in various electronic formats and may be used for analysis purposes by the practice manager.
We maintain a continuously updated medical lexica in both electronic and printed form.
Intelligent Templates™ contain the letterhead as well as proprietary "hard-coded" features (which cannot be altered by the transcriptionist) that ensure consistency to specification.
Our transcriptionists are either graduates of an accredited transcription school / program, or have had at least two years of prior experience.

A degreed engineer with over 20 years of experience will meet with your MIS department to determine the optimum manner by which to employ state of the art technology in the overall process. This would include transmitting and printing files at your facility (your equipment or ours); special configuration of templates and macros for easy extraction of patient and demographic data and user specific configuration of your account on our digital dictation system.
